The duration varies based on the course variant. The 1-day 18th Edition Course is a concise option for those who have passed the 17th Edition since the last amendment and takes one day. The online course requires approximately 20 hours to complete. The 18th Edition Amendment 2 Refresher Course is a 3-6 hour eLearning option, while the traditional 3-day course provides a thorough understanding of the regulations.
While there are no formal entry requirements for the 18th Edition courses, candidates are generally expected to have knowledge of electrical installation and electrical science.
