This CPD eLearning course is designed for anyone who has previously studied the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and wants to update their knowledge to reflect the latest changes introduced by Amendment 4.

The course focuses on the most notable additions, clarifications, and revisions to BS 7671, helping learners understand what has changed and how those changes apply in practice.

This is a CPD update course and does not include the City & Guilds examination.

A CPD certificate can be downloaded on completion of the course.

How is the Course Delivered?

Learners will be given access to our online learning portal, where the main Amendment 4 eLearning course is hosted.

The course is completed online at your own pace and includes:

  • the core eLearning update,
  • additional supporting resources, and
  • optional practice questions to help test your knowledge of BS 7671.

Once you have completed the main update eLearning, you will be able to download your CPD certificate.
The practice questions are optional and are not required to access the certificate.

Certification Options

Learners who complete this course can download a CPD certificate once the main Amendment 4 eLearning has been completed.

If you would like to sit the full City & Guilds 2382‑26 examination, this can be booked separately. Please contact our course advisors to arrange the exam either online or at one of our training centres.
Please note that the City & Guilds exam is not included in this course and will incur an additional cost.

A range of optional mock questions is available to help you prepare for the exam if you choose to take this route.

This course does not include an exam booking as part of the course fee.

If you wish to sit the City & Guilds 2382‑26 Wiring Regulations examination (18th Edition incorporating Amendment 4), this must be booked separately.

The exam is a 2‑hour online multiple‑choice assessment, which can be taken either:

– Online

– At one of our training centres.

Who is this Course for?

No. This is a CPD refresher course and does not include the City & Guilds examination.
If you wish to sit the C&G 2382 26 exam, this can be booked separately at an additional cost.

Yes. Once you have completed the main Amendment 4 eLearning, you will be able to download a CPD certificate.

You do not need to complete the mock questions to access the certificate.

A copy of BS 7671 (18th Edition incorporating Amendment 4) is recommended for reference, but the course is designed to guide you through the key changes without requiring constant access to the book.
