Funded Electrical Training

Access funding towards an industry-recognised electrical qualification

Starting this September, eligible adults aged 19 and over living in Greater London could access funding towards selected electrical training courses.

Through funding secured by our sister company, Intertrain, as part of the London Talent Pathways Fund, eligible learners may be able to access financial support towards the cost of selected electrical qualifications.

The level of funding available will depend on individual eligibility and circumstances. Some learners may be fully funded, while others may be required to contribute towards their course fees.

Whether you’re looking to start a career in the electrical industry, develop your existing skills or gain a recognised qualification for experience you already have, this funding could help make your next step more accessible.

Funded electrical courses

Subject to eligibility and funding availability, support may be available towards:

  • Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations (Buildings and Structures)
  • Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations (Buildings and Structures)
  • Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems

Not sure which route is right for you? Our team can help identify the most suitable training option based on your experience and circumstances.

Who can apply?

Funding is available to eligible adults aged 19 and over who live in specific areas of Greater London.

Eligibility criteria apply, and the amount of funding available will need to be confirmed before you enrol.

The programme is designed to support Londoners in developing the skills and qualifications needed to access employment, progress in work or move towards further training.

The easiest way to find out whether you’re eligible and how much funding you could receive, is to complete the Intertrain funding application form.
