This Noise Awareness course the importance to undertake regular noise risk assessment. This may include the use of PPE or limiting how long employees are exposed to noise. Having an awareness of the Control of Noise at Work Regulations will help to prevent hearing loss or other ear conditions caused by excessive noise at work.

The course covers noise dangers in the workplace and the main noise at work regulations that control noise level and limits. The course also details how to produce a noise risk assessment and how to complete an action plan that will help with the provision of the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The Noise Awareness Course is IIRSM approved.
