A complaint is a situation in which an Apprentice or an Apprentices Employer raises a concern that they may have with regards to their training programme.

We work very hard to ensure all our Apprentices have the best possible experience when training with Trade Skills4u. This means we constantly monitor our feedback and complaints and do our outmost to resolve any issues our Apprentices or their Employers may have.
